Made from choice eye-round beef or turkey tenderloins, our jerky has been a local favorite for over 30 years. We flavor the jerky with our own custom marinades and then smoke it with hard-wood smoke until it's just right. Our meat sticks are made from a hard-wood smoked beef and pork combo and are great for a quick snack.
