Sweet Italian Pork Sausage Pasta

1 T olive oil, divided
1 Lb Maneas Sweet Italian Pork Sausage
1 16oz box Penne Pasta
1 24 oz jar Marinara Sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 Small Yellow onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, diced
Shredded Asiago and Parmesan Cheeses


Maneas sweet Italian sausage is located in the island freezer in the middle of the store.

Prepare the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Heat a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add half of the olive oil and brown and crumble the Sweet Italian Pork Sauasge, then remove from the pan.

Cook the onion in the other half of the olive oil and the pork drippings until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the red bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Return the pork to the pan and add the marinara sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the pasta and toss.

Plate and top with shredded parmesan and asiago cheeses.
